UAA is located in the heart of Anchorage, the largest city in the state with nearly 300,000 residents.

Helpful Information

Tempeatures in Anchorage are not as extreme as in other parts of the state. For example, the average temperature in July is 65 degrees while the average temperature in January is 20 degrees.
